Our Service uses AI (powered by third-party language models) to enrich your memories with tags, summaries, action items, and connection suggestions. When processing your memories:

• Your Content is sent to AI providers solely for the purpose of generating enrichments.
• We use API-based processing, which means your data is not used for model training by our AI providers.
• AI-generated outputs are stored alongside your memories within your account.

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Team workspaces: Content in a team workspace is visible to all members of that workspace.
• Service providers: We use third-party services for email delivery, AI processing, and hosting infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental request.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We use encryption for data in transit (TLS/SSL) and implement access controls to protect data at rest. We regularly review and update our security practices.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and Content within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes.
