Refund Policy

TL;DR: Cancel within 15 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Email pb@reattend.ai.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Reattend. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

1. 15-Day Refund Window

If you cancel your paid subscription within 15 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount charged. No questions asked.

2. Eligibility

The 15-day refund policy applies to:

  • First-time purchases of Pro or Team plans.
  • The initial charge only (not subsequent renewal charges).
  • Annual plan purchases (the full annual amount will be refunded).

The refund policy does not apply to:

  • Renewal charges after the first billing cycle. You may cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply email us at pb@reattend.ai within 15 days of your purchase. Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Reattend account.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but helps us improve).

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed:

  • Your account will be reverted to the Free plan immediately.
  • You will retain access to your data, subject to the Free plan's limits.
  • You can re-subscribe to a paid plan at any time.
  • Your data is never deleted as a result of a refund.

6. Cancellations Without Refund

If you cancel your subscription after the 15-day refund window, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period. However:

  • You will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Your account will automatically revert to the Free plan when the billing period ends.

7. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended service outages, billing errors), we may offer refunds or credits outside the standard 15-day window at our discretion. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
